7. Special Needs Voting
   
   
   • Voters who cannot go to the polls on election day due to a physical disability can vote through a personal representative or complete an absentee ballot by mail application.
   
   
   
8. Update Your Voter Registration
   
   
   • If your address has changed since the last election, and you have not informed the State of Alaska Division of Elections (DOE), you will not be listed on the precinct register where you now reside.
